I began working in the wealth management industry nearly a decade ago in Boulder as a student at the University of Colorado. I’ve always been entrepreneurial, this led me to create a landscaping and lawn care company with a roommate of mine. After running that business successfully for a couple years, I ultimately left that when a client of ours offered me an opportunity to work for his wealth management firm. I completed my business degree in 2017 while continuing to work in the financial service industry. In addition to financial advising, I have experience in public and private accounting, non-profits as well as consulting. I am very fortunate to have found a career early on that I am passionate about.
For as long as I can recall, I’ve had a penchant for investing and money management. Financial advising allows me to utilize my interest and knowledge base to help everyday people solve their real-life problems. One of the best parts of this job is working with people. I aim to understand their concerns, educate, and cater solutions that address their unique financial situation. It makes me genuinely happy to see clients achieve their goals and have confidence in their financial future.
Outside of work, I like to be outside. I am a jack of all trade’s outdoorsman with an emphasis on fly fishing, backpacking, and skiing. In the warmer months you’ll often find me at the local municipal golf course setting the course record for all time high score. I reside in Estes Park, Colorado just outside Rocky Mountain National Park along with my partner Zoe, our dog Bowen and 23 chickens.
